We specialize in individual therapy for men and adults, with a focus on trauma, anxiety, relationship issues, anger, and self-esteem. Our work is grounded, direct, and tailored to help clients break harmful patterns and build healthier lives.
2. Who do you work with?
We primarily work with adult men who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected—especially those struggling with trauma, emotional expression, or relationship challenges. We also support adults of all backgrounds who are ready to work on themselves and improve their emotional well-being.
3. How much does therapy cost?
Sessions are $150 each. We keep our work focused and results-driven to make sure you’re getting real value and progress in every session.
4. Do you take insurance?
We are a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance. However, we can provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits.
5. How long are sessions and how often should I come?
Sessions are typically 50 minutes long. Most clients start with weekly therapy, and we’ll work together to determine what frequency makes sense for your goals and life.
6. What’s your approach to therapy?
Our approach is direct, trauma-informed, and built to meet you where you are. We take a solution focused approach to your situation but will also take the time to get into deeper emotional work to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and create lasting change.
